I started New Look By Sandy with the vision of creating a more personal experience where clients can feel heard, cared for, and truly enjoy taking time for themselves. I know how personal hair can be and how much confidence it can give us when we feel good about it, which is why I focus on creating looks that not only feel beautiful, but also realistic for your lifestyle and maintenance goals. I specialize in dimensional color, lived-in blondes and customized services designed to help you feel like the best version of yourself without sacrificing the health of your hair. My goal is for every appointment to feel welcoming, relaxing, and never rushed. Cancellation Policy
I truly appreciate your support and respect for my time and business. Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. 🤍
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee of 30% of the scheduled service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to stay on time for all guests.
I completely understand that emergencies happen, and communication is always appreciated. My goal is to create a relaxing, personalized experience while respecting the time reserved for each appointment. ✨
